In short
F1 Agent is a Salesforce-native field sales and field service platform built by Cloud Ingenious, a Salesforce Summit Partner. The team hires across Salesforce engineering, mobile development, AI, product, design, delivery, customer success, sales and partnerships. People here work close to the field: they see how reps, technicians and managers actually use the product, and they ship features like AI dispatch, route optimization and the Lumina assistant into daily operations used by 25,000+ field users.
Why join
Hard problems you can drive to on a Tuesday.
Field work is messy: bad networks, long days, twenty customers and time for eight, a machine that needs a part nobody packed. That is what makes it worth solving.
The problems are real and specific
Which twenty outlets should a rep cover, on which of three days, in what order? Which technician has the skill, the slot and the part in their van? Should we reimburse the odometer or the map distance? These are questions with a measurable answer.
A problem you might own
Three separate capabilities, three separate problems. That is the level of thinking we expect.
Product and platform depth
Work across Salesforce, a mobile app on iOS and Android, Google routing, and AI that reads bills, shelves and visiting cards.
Close to customers
Product, engineering and delivery sit together, so feedback from a pilot reaches the person who can fix it the same week.
Salesforce partner ecosystem
Learn from people who implement Salesforce for a living, inside a Salesforce Summit Partner.
How we work
The same rules we build the product by.
Our product principles are also how we run the team.
Start from the field user's day
Before we design a screen, we ask what the rep or technician is doing at that moment. Fewer taps beat more features.
Ask why, then measure the outcome
The product asks for a reason on every cancelled visit. We ask the same of our own work, and we judge it by what changed for customers.
Raise it while it still matters
Like a stagnation alert, we flag problems early. Nobody gets blamed for raising an issue at 11 am instead of 6 pm.
Own it end to end
The team that builds a feature helps configure it, sees it in a pilot and supports it. No throwing work over a wall.
Use AI to act, not to impress
We ship AI where it shortens the path from insight to action, and we keep people in control of the decision.
What we offer
Room to grow, and support while you do.

Four steps. No surprises.
We tell you what each step is for and give feedback at every stage. The whole process usually takes [x] weeks.

A person on the hiring team reads every application and replies either way.
- 2
Intro conversation
30 minutes on your experience, the role and what you want to work on next.
- 3

- 4
Meet the leads and offer
A final conversation with leadership, then a clear offer and start date.

Questions from candidates
Who will I be working for, F1 Agent or Cloud Ingenious?
F1 Agent is built by Cloud Ingenious, a Salesforce Summit Partner. You join the Cloud Ingenious team working on F1 Agent, and your offer letter will state the employing entity.
Do I need Salesforce experience?
For Salesforce developer and consultant roles, yes. For mobile, AI, design, sales and other roles, it helps but is not required. We support learning on the job.
What technology does the team work with?
Salesforce (including Lightning and the service objects such as work orders and service appointments), a mobile app for iOS and Android, Google mapping and routing services, and AI models for recommendations, dispatch, bill reading, shelf audits and multilingual conversation. [Add specific stack details.]
Will I meet customers or go into the field?
Many roles do. Product, design, delivery and customer success regularly join pilots and workshops, and engineers are encouraged to see their features in use.
Where are the roles based?
Each role lists its location and working arrangement. [Add office locations and remote policy.]
How long does the hiring process take?
Usually [x] weeks from application to offer, across four steps. We tell you where you stand after each one.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Apply to the role that fits best and mention the others. The hiring team will consider you for each.
Do you hire freshers and interns?
[Add graduate and internship policy.] Open applications from early career candidates are always welcome.
