Product Tour
Follow one field day, from punch in to invoice.
Watch a sales rep, a service technician and their manager work through a real day on F1 Agent. Every visit, order, expense, part and approval lands on the Salesforce records your teams already use.

In short
F1 Agent is a Salesforce-native field sales and field service platform with a mobile app for reps and technicians, a console for managers and dispatchers, and a built in AI assistant called Lumina.
This tour follows three people through one working day: a sales rep covering a beat of retail outlets, a technician repairing a customer asset, and the manager who watches both teams live.
Each chapter shows the actual screens and the Salesforce records they create, so you can judge how the product fits your own process before you book a demo.
What to watch for
Most field apps show you a dot on a map. Look for what happens after the dot.
When you evaluate any field platform, the useful question is not "can it track my people?" It is whether the plan, the visit, the outcome and the next action stay connected. Watch these four links as you go through each chapter.
Did the plan actually happen?
Punch in, check in, check out and reasons for every cancelled or rescheduled visit.
Where, with whom, for what?
GPS is tied to the customer, visit, territory, route and work order, not left as coordinates.
What did the visit achieve?
Orders, returns, shelf audits, forms and parts consumed, so six good visits beat ten empty ones.
Does the insight do anything?
Lumina builds the beat, recommends the technician and notifies the employee from the same screen.
Chapter 1 · 0:00
A sales rep's day, planned by AI and recorded as it happens.
Meet a rep covering grocery and pharmacy outlets in west Delhi. She opens F1 Agent at 8:58 and closes her day with every visit, order and expense already in Salesforce.
- 1
Punch in and choose a travel mode
She picks "own vehicle" and scans the odometer. Attendance now carries hours, assigned meetings and distance, not just a present mark.
- 2
Open the beat AI already built
AI recommendations pick the outlets with the most order potential, and route optimization sets the sequence across eight stops.
- 3
Check in with a Lumina briefing
Before she walks in, the AI Sales Coach summarizes the last visit, order history, the outstanding amount and three products worth pitching.
- 4
Complete visit tasks, then check out
She takes an order, logs a return, runs an AI shelf audit that flags two missing SKUs, then checks out with notes, disposition and photos.
- 5
Turn a cancellation into a new lead
One store owner cancels, and she records why. Nearby Search shows a pharmacy that is not yet in Salesforce. She creates it as a lead and makes an unplanned visit.
- 6
Scan the lunch bill and finish
AI reads the date and amount from the bill. Travel expense is calculated from the lower of odometer and mapped distance, as her company's policy says.

A technician's day, with the right skill and the right parts on the first visit.
A customer reports a compressor fault on a commercial chiller. Follow the case from the service desk to the van, to the customer site, to the invoice.
Service desk · 9:20
The case finds the customer and the asset
The phone number on the case identifies the account. The agent picks the affected chiller, sees it had a relay replaced in June, and selects the work type. Skills, duration and three required parts come in automatically.
Dispatcher · 9:31
AI recommends the technician
Lumina matches HVAC skill, the South Delhi service territory, an open slot at 11:00 and job priority. The dispatcher accepts in one click, or the org can let AI auto-dispatch.
Technician · 10:05
Missing part caught before he leaves
His van stock has no start capacitor. A product request goes to the nearest warehouse, a transfer moves it to his van, and the product transaction keeps the audit trail.
Customer site · 14:40
Checkout records what was really used
He confirms actual parts, explains the unused relay, adds a filter drier, and the case moves to resolved. Products consumed feed the invoice, which is shared with the customer from Salesforce.
Chapter 3 · 4:50
The manager console: see the problem at noon, not at six.
Today's Overview shows who is present, absent or disconnected, who has stopped moving, and which expenses and beats wait for approval. Lumina turns a question into an action.
Disconnected is a status, not a mystery
The console shows why live location stopped, such as no internet or location services off, and lets you alert the employee to come back online.
Reasons make reports honest
Ten incomplete visits could be a performance issue or ten customer cancellations. Required reasons tell you which one you are looking at.
Approvals in the same place
Beat plans and expenses above a soft limit arrive for review. Comments go back to the rep's app, and the rep can reply.

Questions after the tour
Still deciding whether F1 Agent fits your team? These are the questions buyers ask most after watching.
Ask us about your own process ›Is the tour showing real product screens?
Yes. The video and the mockups on this page follow the actual F1 Agent mobile app and console. Customer names and figures are sample data.
Do I need Salesforce to use F1 Agent?
Yes. F1 Agent is built natively on Salesforce, so visits, orders, expenses, work orders and products consumed are stored on your Salesforce org rather than in a separate database.
Can I use only field sales or only field service?
Yes. Many teams start with one. Field sales covers attendance, beats, visits, orders and expenses. Field service covers cases, work orders, dispatch, inventory and invoicing. Both share the same mobile app and console.
Does the mobile app work on iOS and Android?
Yes. Reps and technicians use the same F1 Agent app on iOS and Android. Managers and dispatchers work from Salesforce and the F1 Agent console.
Can the beat, expense and visit rules match our policy?
Yes. Admins configure territories, travel modes, city tier expense limits, hard and soft limits, visit tasks, custom visit forms, work types and skills by user, role or profile.
Does AI dispatch assign jobs without a person?
Only if you want it to. You choose between AI recommends and the dispatcher decides, or AI assigns automatically based on skill, territory, availability, time slot and priority.
Which languages does Lumina support?
Lumina is multilingual, so reps and managers can ask questions and give instructions in the language they work in. We confirm the languages for your rollout during the demo.
Can I get a tour on my own data?
Yes. Book a guided tour and we will walk through your territories, a sample beat and one of your service work types, so you can see how your team's day would look.
