F1 Agent Partner Program
Your Salesforce clients have field teams. Give them the missing layer.
Implement or resell F1 Agent, the Salesforce-native platform for field sales and field service. Add a packaged product to your practice, with the product team behind every deal and every rollout.
Built natively on Salesforce · by Cloud Ingenious, a Salesforce Summit Partner
In short
The F1 Agent Partner Program has two tracks. Implementation partners are Salesforce consultancies that configure and roll out F1 Agent on their clients' Salesforce orgs. Reseller partners introduce and sell F1 Agent to companies with field sales or field service teams, while the F1 Agent team or an implementation partner delivers. Partners get product training, sandbox access, joint demos and deal support from Cloud Ingenious, the Salesforce Summit Partner that builds F1 Agent.
Why partners add F1 Agent
Your clients ask for field visibility. Today you build it from scratch.
If you deliver Salesforce for consumer goods, distribution, equipment or service companies, you have heard it: "Can our reps check in from the app?" "Can we see which outlets were skipped?" "Can the technician see the parts before he leaves?"
Most partners answer with custom builds. They are slow to scope, hard to estimate, and become your maintenance burden for years. Or the client buys a field app outside Salesforce, and you inherit the sync problems.

With F1 Agent
What a good field product partnership should give you
Repeatable scope.Known modules and configuration areas, so you can estimate a rollout with confidence.
Room for your services.Discovery, configuration, training and change management stay with you.
A product team on call.Escalations go to the people who wrote the code, not a reseller desk.
Clean ownership of the client.Registered deals, clear rules of engagement, no channel conflict.
Two programs
Deliver it, or bring it to the right clients.
Implementation partner
For Salesforce consultancies that deliver.
You run discovery, configure F1 Agent on your client's org, train their users and own the rollout. We back you with product training, sandbox access and escalation to our engineers.
- Configuration training: territories, beats, expense rules, visit forms, work types, skills, inventory
- Partner sandbox and demo data
- Solution architect support on the first projects
- Services revenue stays with you · licence margin [x%]
Best for: Salesforce partners with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud delivery teams.
Reseller partner
For firms that own the client relationship.
You identify companies with field sales or service teams, register the deal and lead the commercial conversation. The F1 Agent team or an implementation partner handles delivery.
- Sales training: the field visibility problem, the modules, the objections
- Joint demos with the product team
- Deal registration and protection
- Reseller margin or referral fee [x%]
Best for: IT resellers, consultancies and advisors to FMCG, distribution and service businesses.

Where partners find demand
The conversations that lead to F1 Agent.
FMCG and consumer goods
"We don't know which outlets our reps actually covered." Beats, AI beat recommendations, route optimization, order capture and AI shelf audits answer it inside Salesforce.
Distribution
"Our dealer visits and expenses are in spreadsheets." Visit tasks, returns, outstanding-amount context from Lumina and policy-aware expenses fix it.
Equipment and machinery
"Technicians keep arriving without the part." Work types, van stock, product transfers and products consumed connect service to inventory and invoicing.
Appliances, electronics and medical equipment
"We miss SLAs and preventive visits." AI dispatch by skill and slot, SLA tracking and maintenance plans that generate work orders automatically.
"We stopped quoting custom field builds. Now we scope F1 Agent configuration, our consultants run the rollout, and the product team picks up the hard questions."

Partner program questions
Do we need to be a Salesforce partner to join?
For the implementation program, Salesforce delivery experience is expected because F1 Agent is configured on the client's Salesforce org. The reseller program is open to firms that are not Salesforce partners.
What is the difference between the two programs?
Implementation partners deliver: they configure F1 Agent, train users and run the rollout. Reseller partners bring and sell the opportunity, and delivery is handled by the F1 Agent team or an implementation partner.
What does an F1 Agent implementation involve?
Discovery of the client's field process, then configuration of territories, travel modes, expense categories and limits, visit tasks and forms, work types, skills, inventory locations and units, followed by a pilot, training and phased rollout.
How are deals protected?
Partners register opportunities with the F1 Agent team. Registered deals follow agreed rules of engagement so partners and our direct team are not competing for the same client. Exact terms are in the partner agreement.
What are the commercials?
Implementation partners keep their services revenue and earn a licence margin of [x%]. Reseller partners earn a margin or referral fee of [x%]. Details are shared after the fit call.
What training and support do partners get?
Sales and product training, a sandbox with demo data for implementation partners, joint demos, solution architect support on early projects, and escalation to the product engineering team.
Which modules can partners sell and implement?
All of them: Field Sales, Field Service, Service Inventory, Expense Management and Lumina AI. Many partners start with one module and expand the account later.
Can we partner from outside India?
Yes. Tell us your region in the application and we will discuss coverage, language needs and support hours on the fit call. Lumina's multilingual support helps with field teams in different regions.
