F1 Agent Field Sales
Every visit planned, proved and turned into revenue.
F1 Agent Field Sales runs your team's whole day inside Salesforce: who to visit, in what order, what to do at each outlet, what it cost and what should happen next. Reps get one app. Managers see it live. AI plans it.

In short
F1 Agent Field Sales is a Salesforce-native field sales management application for companies whose sales teams visit outlets, dealers, distributors and customer sites every day. It covers attendance and live tracking, visits and beat planning, AI route optimization, orders and returns, expense management and nearby prospecting in one mobile app and one manager console.
Every record it creates (visits, orders, expenses, leads) lives on standard Salesforce objects, so field execution shows up on the same accounts and reports your teams already use. Lumina, the built-in AI, recommends which customers to visit, plans multi-day routes, coaches reps before meetings and lets managers act on what it finds.
The real problem
Your manager knows eight visits were planned. That is all they know.
Salesforce holds your customers, territories and targets. But once a rep leaves the office, the plan and the reality drift apart, and nobody sees the gap until the month closes.
What the plan says
What nobody can answer by 6 PM
- Which of the eight outlets were actually visited?
- How much of the day went on travel versus customers?
- Why were three outlets skipped, and who cancelled?
- Was an order taken, or just a conversation?
- Does the 78 km claim match the route driven?
- Were the eight outlets even the right ones to visit?
- What should happen on the next visit?
- Which nearby shops are not in Salesforce at all?
Travel that sells nothing
Reps criss-cross a city in the order they remember, not the order that makes sense. A third of the day can disappear in traffic.
Busy, not productive
Ten visits to the nearest outlets can produce less than six visits to the right ones. Activity counts hide that.
Claims nobody can check
Expenses arrive as photos on WhatsApp at month end, with no link to the route, the visit or the policy.
Context that walks out the door
What was promised in the last meeting lives in one rep's head. When territories change hands, it is gone.
What good looks like
Tracking is not managing. The four stages of field sales maturity.
Most companies buy a GPS app, see dots on a map and assume the problem is solved. A dot tells you where someone is. It does not tell you whether they should be there, what happened when they arrived or what to do next.
Six questions to ask any field sales tool
Use these whether you choose F1 Agent or not. A tool that fails two or more will leave you at stage 2.
- 1Does visit, order and expense data land on your Salesforce accounts, or in a second database you have to sync?
- 2Can it tell a rep who to visit, not just how to get there?
- 3Does a visit require an outcome (order, return, form, shelf audit) or only a check-in?
- 4Are cancellations recorded with a reason, so a customer no-show looks different from a skipped visit?
- 5Can expense rules follow your real policy: city tier, local or outstation, role, hard and soft limits?
- 6When the manager spots a problem, can they act on it from the same screen?

In 30 minutes we map your current field process against the four stages and show where visits, travel and claims are leaking.
How F1 Agent runs field sales
One connected lifecycle, from territory setup to manager action.
Each stage feeds the next. The plan shapes the route, the visit captures the outcome, the outcome drives the expense and the report, and the report tells the manager and the AI what to change tomorrow.

Six modules, one app
Start from the question you can't answer today.
Each module solves one part of the field day. Together they share the same territories, users and Salesforce records, so nothing is entered twice.
One day, two views
What the rep does, and what the manager sees at the same moment.
Punches in, selects own vehicle and scans the odometer at 48,210 km.
Today's overview: 142 present, 9 absent, 4 disconnected. Sends a one-tap alert to the disconnected reps.
Opens the Monday beat. AI has added two high potential outlets and sequenced all eight stops.
Approved this week's beats on Friday. Sees planned coverage by territory.
Checks in at Sharma General Store. Lumina shows last order, ₹14,200 outstanding and two SKUs to pitch.
Visit status turns to "on visit" on the live map.
Takes an order, logs one return, runs a shelf audit. Checks out with notes and a photo.
Order value appears against the account and the day's total.
Customer cancels. Rep logs "cancelled by customer" and reschedules to Thursday.
Lumina flags a rep in Noida stationary for 48 minutes. Manager calls him from the console.
Finishes early. Nearby search shows a new kirana store not in Salesforce. Creates a lead and visits.
A new lead appears in the territory pipeline, with location and photo.
Punches out. Travel expense is calculated from the lower of odometer and mapped distance. Scans a food bill.
Claims arrive within policy, one soft-limit exception flagged for review with a comment.
Use cases
Where field sales teams start with F1 Agent.
Outlet coverage at scale
A consumer goods brand with 300 reps and 40,000 outlets
Problem. Beats were rebuilt weekly in Excel. High value outlets went unvisited for weeks while reps covered the convenient ones.
Solution. Reusable beats per territory, AI recommendations that add high potential outlets, route sequencing, and visit tasks for order, shelf audit and competitor check.
Outcome. Coverage measured outlet by outlet, every visit with an outcome attached.
+40%
outlets covered per month
8.2
productive visits per rep per day, up from 5.6
0
beats rebuilt by hand each week
27%
less travel per visit

Dealer and distributor network
Visits that know what the dealer owes
A distribution company's reps visited dealers without knowing outstanding amounts or past returns. Now Lumina briefs the rep at check-in, orders and returns are captured in the visit, and managers see collections context next to every order.
Outcome: fewer surprise disputes, cleaner order books.
Outstation territory sales
Three-day tours that pay for themselves
An equipment manufacturer's reps cover tier 2 and tier 3 towns on multi-day tours. The AI multi-day planner splits 20 customers across three days, beats go to the manager for approval, and outstation hotel and food claims follow city tier limits.
Outcome: tours planned in minutes, claims inside policy.

Your options, honestly compared
Spreadsheets, a separate field app, or build it in Salesforce?
Every approach can work for some teams. Here is where each one holds up and where it breaks.
| F1 Agent | Spreadsheets and WhatsApp | Generic field app outside Salesforce | Build it yourself in Salesforce | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where field data lives | On your Salesforce accounts and objects | Scattered across files and chats | A second database, synced by integration | In Salesforce |
| Who to visit and in what order | AI recommendation, multi-day planner and route sequencing | Rep's memory | Often route only | Needs custom AI and routing work |
| Visit outcomes | Tasks, orders, returns, forms, shelf audit, reasons | Free text, if anything | Check-in plus forms | Whatever you design and maintain |
| Expense policy | City tier, local and outstation, hard and soft limits, AI bill scan | Manual checking | Basic claims | Custom build |
| Time to first live territory | Weeks, configured not coded | Immediate | Weeks, plus integration | Months of development |
| Honest trade-off | Needs a Salesforce org. Best value when you use several modules. | Free, but invisible and unverifiable at scale | Fast start, but your CRM never sees the field | Fully custom, but you own every bug and upgrade |
Why F1 Agent
Built by people who live inside Salesforce, for teams who live outside the office.
F1 Agent is built by Cloud Ingenious, a Salesforce Summit Partner. We built it because we kept meeting companies whose CRM was excellent at the office and blind in the field.
Native, not connected
Visits, orders, expenses and leads are Salesforce records. Your reports, sharing rules and Lightning pages work on them from day one.
AI that takes the next step
Lumina does not stop at insight. It builds the beat, briefs the rep and notifies the person who needs to act.
Your rules, configured
Territories, travel modes, visit tasks, forms and expense limits by user, role or profile. No code for everyday changes.
Sales and service together
If you also run technicians, Field Service runs on the same app and console. One vendor, one rollout.
Start small. Prove it. Then scale.
Pilot one territory
Go live with one team and compare against the rest.
Configure to your process
Your beats, tasks, forms and expense policy, not ours.
Use your existing org
No data migration. Accounts and territories are already there.
Roll out in phases
Add modules and regions when the first ones are working.
"Our reps used to plan their own day. Now the day is planned for them, the right outlets come first, and I find out about problems at 11 in the morning instead of the end of the month."
What is F1 Agent Field Sales?
F1 Agent Field Sales is a Salesforce-native application for managing field sales teams. It covers attendance and live tracking, visit and beat planning, AI route optimization, order and return capture, expense management and nearby prospecting, with a mobile app for reps and a console for managers.
Do we need Salesforce to use it?
Yes. F1 Agent runs inside your Salesforce org and stores its data on Salesforce objects. That is what lets visits, orders and expenses appear on your existing accounts, reports and dashboards without a separate integration.
Can we start with only some modules?
Yes. Many teams begin with attendance, visits and beats, then add route optimization, orders, expenses and prospecting. Modules share the same territories and users, so adding one later does not mean reconfiguring the others.
How is this different from a GPS tracking app?
A tracking app tells you where someone is. F1 Agent connects that location to the customer, the visit, the territory, the order and the expense, and uses AI to decide who should be visited and in what order. Tracking is one input, not the product.
What does the AI actually do in field sales?
Lumina recommends which customers to visit based on opportunity, order potential and priority, spreads visits across multiple days, sequences the route, briefs reps before a meeting with order history and outstanding amounts, reads expense bills, audits shelves and helps managers spot and act on bottlenecks.
Does the mobile app work on iOS and Android?
Yes. Field reps use the F1 Agent app on iOS and Android. Managers and admins work in Salesforce and the F1 Agent console, and several actions are also available on the standard Lightning record page.
Can it follow our own expense and travel policy?
Yes. Expense categories, city tier rates, local and outstation rules, limits by user, role or profile, hard and soft limits, and whether travel is reimbursed on odometer, mapped distance or the lower of the two are all configured to match your policy.
Which industries is it built for?
It fits any business with sales people visiting customers: FMCG and consumer goods, distribution, equipment and machinery, durables and similar. Custom visit forms and visit tasks let each industry capture what matters to it.
How long does rollout take?
It depends on how many modules, territories and custom rules you start with. Most teams begin with a pilot in one territory, configured to their process, before rolling out region by region. We will give you a plan specific to your org after a discovery call.
