F1 Agent is designed and built by a Salesforce Summit Partner that has spent years closing the gap between CRM and the field.
Our story ›Multilingual AI · part of Lumina AI
A rep in Lucknow, a technician in Chennai and a manager in Pune can each ask Lumina in the language they think in, and get answers and actions from the same Salesforce data. Fewer language barriers, more of the app actually used.

In short
F1 Agent Multilingual AI is the multilingual interaction capability of Lumina, the AI assistant in the Salesforce-native F1 Agent field sales and field service platform. Field users can ask questions and give instructions to Lumina in the language they are comfortable with, by text or voice.
It is designed for field teams distributed across regions, such as Indian sales and service teams working in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali and other regional languages, so that language does not become a barrier to using CRM data, AI coaching or voice planning. Enabled languages are confirmed per rollout.
The real problem
Field teams are hired for local relationships, local markets and local knowledge. Then they are handed an app that assumes everyone is comfortable navigating complex English screens. The result isn't a training problem. It is quiet non-adoption.
What multilingual should really mean
Most software "supports" languages by translating button labels. That helps a little, but users still have to know where things are. Conversational AI removes the navigation entirely: the user says what they need, in their words.
English only
Works for managers and head office. Excludes many of the people doing the actual field work.
Translated interface
Labels change, the navigation doesn't. Business terms often read awkwardly in translation.
Conversational, in any enabled language
The user asks naturally, mixing languages if they want. Lumina understands, answers and acts on Salesforce data.
Tell us which regions and languages your field team covers. We'll map which Lumina capabilities can run in each.
Get a language coverage planHow it works
Each user talks to Lumina in their own language. The records it reads and writes stay consistent, so reporting works across every region.

Capabilities
Multilingual interaction is not a separate product. It is how field users reach the rest of Lumina.
Related AI that removes typing
The rep photographs a receipt and AI reads the expense date and amount into the claim, whatever language the bill is printed in. Less typing, fewer errors. Expense management ›
Related AI that removes typing
Scan a business card and F1 Agent fills the fields and creates the record, a contact, a lead or a configured custom object. Nearby prospecting ›
Use cases
FMCG · Tier 2 and 3 towns
Problem: check out notes were one word long. Solution: reps speak their notes and questions to Lumina in Hindi. Outcome: richer visit history that feeds the AI Sales Coach for the next visit.
Distribution · Multi-state team
Problem: adoption was strong in the metro, weak elsewhere. Solution: regional teams use Lumina in their own language for beats and nearby search. Outcome: usage evens out and head office gets one consistent report.
Appliance service · Technicians
Problem: technicians skipped work order details before travelling. Solution: they ask Lumina in Tamil what the job needs and which parts are expected. Outcome: better preparation and fewer return visits.
FMCG and consumer goods and distribution teams cover thousands of outlets through locally hired reps. Appliance and electronics service and equipment service rely on technicians hired for skill, not language. In each case, the people closest to the customer benefit most from working in their own language.

Start where it hurts most
Choose one region and its primary language. Lumina runs on your existing Salesforce org, configured to your field process. Measure adoption against your other regions, then add languages in phases.
Plan a regional language pilot"Our best reps in the east were our weakest app users. Once they could just talk to Lumina in Bengali, their visit records became some of the most detailed we have."
