AI Sales Coach · part of Lumina AI
Know the customer before you walk through the door.
Thirty seconds before every visit, Lumina gives your rep a brief built from Salesforce: what happened last time, what they ordered, what they owe, what was left open, and which products are worth pitching today.

Why this pitch
Similar distributors in Karol Bagh added the 10 kg pack before Diwali. Agarwal has not ordered it yet.
In short
F1 Agent AI Sales Coach is a Lumina AI capability that prepares field sales reps for each customer meeting. It reads the account's Salesforce history, including previous visit notes, order history, outstanding amount and unresolved items, and summarizes it into a short pre-meeting brief on mobile.
It also recommends what to discuss and which products to pitch, based on the customer's history. It is used by distribution, FMCG and consumer goods sales teams whose reps visit many accounts a day and cannot research each one manually.
The real problem
Reps walk into meetings relying on memory. Customers notice.
A rep on a ten visit beat has a few minutes between outlets. The context that would make the next meeting count is in Salesforce, spread across visit records, orders, invoices, returns and notes. Nobody opens six records in a parking lot. So the meeting starts with "how is business?"
The hidden cost: experience becomes the only coaching tool. Your best reps prepare because they remember. Your newest reps cannot, and when a rep leaves, the relationship context leaves with them.
What good pre-call preparation looks like
A good brief answers six questions. In under a minute.
Sales leaders have always known what good preparation looks like. The issue was never the checklist. It was the twenty minutes it takes to build one by hand, for every account, every day.

Previous meeting summary
What it is: a short summary of the last visits, built from the notes, dispositions and photos captured at check out. Why it matters: the rep continues the conversation instead of restarting it. Outcome: customers feel remembered, and handovers between reps stop losing context.
Order history · last 6 months
Order history and outstanding amount
What it is: the customer's recent orders, trend and any outstanding amount, in one view. Why it matters: in distribution, an order conversation without payment context is half a conversation. Outcome: reps raise dues naturally, and new orders are taken with eyes open.
What to discuss and what to pitch
What it is: prioritized talking points and AI product pitch recommendations, each with a short reason. Why it matters: CRM history becomes forward-looking sales guidance instead of a record of the past. Outcome: broader baskets, more new-line trials, fewer forgotten follow-ups.

Use cases
Where a pre-meeting brief pays for itself.
| Scenario | Problem | What Lumina does | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Distributor with overdue payment | Rep takes a big order unaware of ₹62,400 outstanding | Puts the outstanding amount and its age at the top of the brief | Payment date agreed before the new order |
| New rep inherits a territory | No memory of 140 accounts and their history | Summarizes past meetings and unresolved items for every outlet | Productive from week one, no lost relationships |
| New product launch in FMCG | Reps default to familiar SKUs, the launch stalls | Recommends the new line to outlets whose history suggests fit | Trial orders from the right outlets first |
Industries
Built for relationship-heavy field sales.
Dealer visits mix orders, returns and collections. Outstanding-payment context and open returns in the brief keep each conversation balanced.
Reps see dozens of outlets a week. Product recommendations push new launches and seasonal packs to the outlets most likely to take them.
Longer cycles and fewer, bigger accounts. The brief carries forward what was promised and what is still unresolved from visit to visit.

FAQ
AI Sales Coach questions, answered.
What is an AI Sales Coach?
In F1 Agent, the AI Sales Coach is a Lumina capability that prepares a field rep for a customer meeting. It summarizes previous meetings, order history, outstanding amount and unresolved items, and recommends what to discuss and which products to pitch.
Where does the brief get its data?
From your Salesforce org and F1 Agent records: account details, visit check out notes and dispositions, orders, return orders, outstanding amounts and other configured fields. Because F1 Agent is native to Salesforce, there is no separate database.
When does the rep see the brief?
Before and during the meeting. Reps typically open it as they approach the customer or before checking in, and can ask Lumina follow-up questions during the visit.
How are product pitch recommendations made?
Lumina uses available customer and historical information, such as what the customer has bought, what has stopped, and what similar customers order, to suggest relevant products along with the reason for each suggestion.
Can we control what appears in the brief?
Yes. During configuration we align the brief with the fields and objects your team relies on, for example whether outstanding amount comes from a Salesforce field or an integrated finance system.
Does it work for new reps who have never met the customer?
That is one of the strongest use cases. A new rep gets the history of every account in the territory without depending on the previous rep’s memory.
Does the AI Sales Coach work offline?
Coverage conditions vary by territory. Talk to our team about your connectivity situation so we can recommend how reps should access briefs on low-signal routes.
Is it available in regional languages?
Lumina supports multilingual interaction, so reps can ask follow-up questions in the language they are comfortable with. Enabled languages are confirmed during configuration.
Do we need F1 Agent Field Sales to use it?
The AI Sales Coach is most useful with F1 Agent visit management, because check out notes and visit tasks feed the brief. It is part of Lumina AI within F1 Agent.
How is it priced?
AI Sales Coach is part of Lumina in F1 Agent. Pricing depends on modules and users, typically [₹ per user / month]. Ask for a quote for your team size.
