For field sales reps
Walk into every visit knowing who to meet, what to say and what to sell.
F1 Agent gives field sales reps one mobile workspace for the whole day: an AI planned beat, the shortest route, a Lumina brief at the customer's door, orders in the visit and expenses that fill themselves in. Less admin, more selling, all saved to Salesforce.

In short
F1 Agent for field sales reps is a Salesforce-native mobile app for iOS and Android that plans a rep's working day, guides every customer visit and records what happened. It recommends which customers to visit, on which day and in what sequence, then uses Lumina AI to brief the rep on past meetings, order history, outstanding amounts and products to pitch before each meeting. Orders, return orders, shelf audits, competitor notes, visit forms, new leads and expense claims are captured in the same app and saved straight to the company's Salesforce org. It is used by reps in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution and any business that sells through regular customer visits.
The rep's reality
Most of a rep's day goes to everything except selling.
A rep is given a list of customers and a target. Everything in between, from choosing who to see first to working out how many kilometres to claim, is left to memory, WhatsApp and a notebook. None of that work shows up anywhere, so good days and bad days look the same from head office.
01
Walking in blind
What was promised last time sits in someone's notebook. The rep asks the same questions again, pitches a product the shop already refused, and finds out about a ₹40,000 outstanding only when the owner brings it up.
02
Zigzag travel
Customers get visited in the order they come to mind, or the closest first. Five shops spread across a city in the wrong sequence can quietly eat an hour or more of the day, every day.
03
Typing everything twice
Orders go out on WhatsApp and get re-keyed by the back office. Visiting cards are typed into Salesforce at night, if at all. Competitor observations stay in conversations and never reach the brand team.
04
The month-end expense chase
Kilometres are added up by hand, bills are photographed and lost, and approvals bounce between email and phone calls. The rep waits for money that should have been simple to claim.
05
Effort nobody can see
Three meetings cancelled by the customer look exactly like three meetings the rep skipped. Without reasons and outcomes on record, the rep who took six strong orders is judged next to the one who made ten empty visits.
What good planning looks like
Three questions a rep should never have to answer alone.
Most field apps stop at "here are your customers". A good plan answers three separate questions, and each needs a different kind of intelligence. Mixing them up is why the nearest shop so often gets visited instead of the most valuable one.
Who should I visit?
AI ranks customers on opportunity potential, order potential, customer priority and territory, then groups them by geography. The hottest accounts rise to the top of today's plan.
On which day?
Twenty customers to cover this week? AI decides which belong on Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3, balancing geography and schedule rather than treating every meeting on its own.

Google routing sequences the day's stops by travel distance, so the same eight outlets take fewer kilometres and leave more time for the customer.

21:00Types orders into WhatsApp and adds up kilometres for the claim.

A day in the life
One rep, one app, from punch in to punch out.
Here is a real working day for a consumer goods rep covering outlets in Delhi NCR, step by step, the way F1 Agent runs it.
-
08:58
Punch in and pick a travel mode
One tap starts the working day. The rep chooses own vehicle, public transport or travelling with a colleague, from the modes the company allows for that role, and scans the odometer instead of typing it.

09:05
Open today's beat, already planned
The Monday beat the manager approved last week is on the visit timeline, with AI recommended outlets added and the stops put in the shortest sequence. The rep can flip the date to check yesterday or tomorrow.

Navigate, arrive, check in
Navigate to Location opens the map with the route and travel time. On arrival the rep checks in, which records when the customer conversation actually started, not when a calendar said it would.

Get the Lumina brief
Lumina summarises the last meetings, previous orders, any outstanding amount and what was left unresolved, then suggests which products to pitch today. No digging through Salesforce records on a small screen.

09:50
Complete the visit tasks
The visit comes with tasks the company set: take an order, process a return, photograph the shelf for an AI shelf audit, note competitor activity and fill the retailer form. The visit is measured by what got done, not by the fact that the rep showed up.

Meeting notes, a disposition and photographs are captured at check-out and land on the customer's history in Salesforce. Next time, the rep or a colleague starts from context, not memory.

A customer cancels, with a reason on record
The owner is away. The rep marks the visit "cancelled by customer" and reschedules it to Friday. The manager sees a customer-side cancellation, not a missed visit.

Finished early? Find who is nearby
Nearby Search shows existing customers around the rep, and businesses on the map that are not in Salesforce yet. The rep creates a new shop as a lead, scans the owner's visiting card to fill the contact, and logs an unplanned visit on the spot.

Expenses that fill themselves in
Travel is calculated from the odometer and the mapped distance, using whichever method the company's policy picks. The lunch bill is photographed and AI reads the date and amount. If the manager asks a question, the rep replies in the app.

See your day, plan tomorrow by voice
The personal dashboard and leaderboard show visits, orders and trips without waiting for a manager's report. Then the rep asks Lumina, in their own language, to build tomorrow's beat from high potential outlets near Lajpat Nagar.

Lumina AI Sales Coach
"Tell me what I need to know before I walk through the door."
That is the job Lumina does for a rep. It pulls together what happened in previous meetings, what the customer ordered, whether money is outstanding, what was left unresolved and which products are worth pitching, and turns it into a few lines the rep can read while parking the bike.
Lumina also takes action. Ask it to schedule a meeting, find customers nearby, or build a beat from them, and it does the planning instead of just answering. It works in the languages your team is comfortable with.

Use cases
Three reps, three different days, one app.
The outlet rep with 140 shops and two missing SKUs
Problem
140 outlets, time for nine a day, and new SKUs that never reach the shelf.
Situation
Beats were fixed lists from last year. Shelf checks were photos on a phone that nobody reviewed.
Solution
AI beat recommendations each morning, an AI shelf audit task on every visit, and the order taken in the same visit.
Outcome
Two more productive visits a day, and missing SKUs corrected while the rep is still in the store.
The dealer rep who needs the money conversation first
Problem: new orders taken from dealers with large unpaid balances. Situation: outstanding figures lived with accounts, not the rep. Solution: Lumina shows the outstanding amount and last orders at check-in; return orders for damaged stock are captured alongside the new order.
Outcome: collections raised in every visit, returns and orders on one record.
The rep opening a market with an empty CRM
Problem: a new town with almost no customers in Salesforce. Situation: prospect lists were bought, outdated and typed in by hand. Solution: Nearby Search surfaces businesses on the map that are not in Salesforce; the rep creates leads, scans visiting cards and logs unplanned visits.
Outcome: 12 qualified leads in the first week, each with a visit already on record.
Where reps use this most: FMCG and consumer goods teams covering retail outlets and shelves, and distribution businesses visiting dealers where orders, returns and outstanding payments meet in one conversation.
Why F1 Agent
How the options compare from the rep's seat.
Every option has a place. The question is how much of the rep's day each one actually covers, and where the data ends up.
| For the rep | Spreadsheets and WhatsApp | Generic field app outside Salesforce | Building it yourself in Salesforce | F1 Agent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who to visit today | Memory and habit | Fixed list, usually no ranking | Possible, needs custom AI work | AI recommendations on order and opportunity potential |
| Route and multi-day plan | None | Often single-day routing | Needs mapping integration and build | Route optimization plus AI multi-day planner |
| Context at the door | Scroll back through chats | Partial; CRM history lives elsewhere | Records available, rep has to search | Lumina brief with history, outstanding and pitch |
| Orders, returns, forms, shelf audit | Messages and photos, re-keyed later | Usually yes, synced to CRM by integration | Each one is a separate build | Configurable visit tasks, saved on Salesforce records |
| New prospects nearby | No | Existing customers only, in most tools | Rarely built | Businesses not in Salesforce, created as leads |
| Expenses | Manual at month end | Separate expense tool, often | Large policy engine to build | Auto travel, AI bill scan, policy limits built in |
| Upfront effort | None, which is the appeal | Quick to start, ongoing sync to maintain | Full control, long build and upkeep | Configure on your existing org, start with one territory |
Built by Cloud Ingenious, a Salesforce Summit Partner, so the app works on the same accounts, orders and leads your Salesforce team already manages. Compare it against your current process ›
Low-risk start
Prove it with one team before you roll it out.
Pilot one territory or beat
Start with a handful of reps and compare their coverage and orders against the rest of the team.
Configure it to how your reps work
Travel modes, visit tasks, retailer forms and expense rules are set to your policy, not ours.
Use your existing Salesforce org
No new database to sync. Accounts, leads and orders stay where your team already reports on them.
Roll out in phases
Add regions, then Lumina features, once the first team is running well.
+2 visits a day per rep
"I used to plan my day on the bike. Now the beat is ready when I punch in, and Lumina tells me what the owner said last time. I spend my time in shops, not in traffic."
Questions reps and their managers ask.
How does F1 Agent decide which customers I should visit?
AI beat recommendations rank customers on opportunity potential, order potential, customer priority, territory and other customer information in Salesforce, and group them by geography. Your manager can still assign fixed beats; the recommendations help fill and prioritise them.
Can I visit a customer who is not on today's beat?
Yes. F1 Agent supports planned and unplanned visits. If you spot an opportunity while in the area, you can check in to an unplanned visit and capture the same tasks, notes and orders as a planned one.
What happens when a customer cancels a meeting?
You cancel or reschedule the visit and pick a reason, such as cancelled by customer, cancelled by salesperson or missed. Your manager sees the reason, so a customer-side cancellation is not counted against you.
How is my travel distance calculated for reimbursement?
If you use your own vehicle you scan the odometer, and F1 Agent also calculates the mapped distance through Google. Your company's policy decides whether to reimburse the odometer distance, the mapped distance or the lower of the two, and the travel expense is created automatically.
Do I have to type in bill amounts and visiting cards?
No. Photograph a bill and AI reads the expense date and amount into the claim. Scan a visiting card and the details fill a new Salesforce record, which your admin can set to a contact, lead or another object.
Can I use Lumina in my own language?
Yes. Lumina supports multilingual interaction, so reps can ask questions and give instructions, such as building a beat or scheduling a meeting, in the language they are most comfortable with.
How do I find new shops that are not in our system?
Nearby Search uses Google business information to show businesses around you, or around any location you pick, that do not exist in your Salesforce data yet. You can review them on the map, create them as leads, navigate there and log a visit.
What happens if my manager questions an expense?
The manager can request changes and add a comment, which you see in the mobile app. You reply there, fix the claim if needed and resubmit, without email or phone calls.
Can I see my own performance?
Yes. The mobile app has a personal performance dashboard, trip information, visit metrics and a leaderboard, so you do not have to wait for a manager's report to know how your week is going.
Do I need to switch between F1 Agent and Salesforce?
In the field you work in the F1 Agent mobile app, and everything you capture is stored in Salesforce. At a desk, F1 Agent actions such as navigating to a customer or checking in are also available on the standard Salesforce Lightning record page.
