About releases

Will a release change how my team works without warning?

No. New features ship switched off. Your admin decides when to enable them, and for which users, roles or profiles.

Do I need to update the mobile app for every release?

Most releases include an iOS and Android update. We recommend keeping automatic updates on so the app matches your Salesforce package version.

Can I test a release in a sandbox first?

Yes. Contact support to schedule the package upgrade on your sandbox before production.

How do I request a feature?

Raise a ticket on Contact Support and choose "Feature request". Tell us the field problem, who it affects and how you handle it today.
