Where it started
Clean CRMs. Then everyone left the office.
F1 Agent did not start as a product idea. It started inside Salesforce projects. As a Salesforce partner, our team at Cloud Ingenious spent years helping companies build clean, connected CRMs: accounts, leads, opportunities, cases, assets and orders, all in one place.
Then we watched what happened the moment those companies' people walked out of the office. A manager knew a rep was supposed to visit eight outlets. They did not know which eight were actually visited, why three were skipped, whether the customer cancelled or the rep did, or what was ordered. A service desk raised a perfect work order and sent a technician who had the skill but not the spare part.
The CRM was accurate about everything that happened at a desk, and nearly blind about everything that happened in the field.
What we kept seeing
Visit notes lived in chat threads
What was discussed, promised or ordered sat in a rep's phone, not on the customer record.
Expenses lived in spreadsheets
Kilometres were typed from memory, bills were photographed into email, and policy was checked by hand weeks later.
Managers found out at 6 pm
Half the planned outlets were never visited, and by the time anyone knew, the day could not be saved.
Technicians arrived without the right part
The customer waited for a second visit, the SLA slipped, and nobody could say which parts were actually used.
Every client patched it differently
One platform, inside Salesforce
So we stopped building one-off patches and built the missing layer once: attendance, visits, beats, orders, expenses, work orders, dispatch and service inventory, on the same records the business already trusted, with AI that decides what happens next.
Every module in F1 Agent exists because a client needed it in the field, not because it looked good on a feature list.
