In short
The F1 Agent Manager Action Planner is a Lumina AI capability for sales and field managers. Managers ask about field agent performance, operational bottlenecks, users requiring attention and execution issues, and Lumina answers from live F1 Agent and Salesforce data.
It then supports taking action from the same interaction, such as sending an email or notification to the relevant employee. The workflow is identify the problem, understand the reason, recommend an intervention and take the intervention. It suits field sales managers in FMCG, distribution and service organizations running large mobile teams.
The real problem
Managers find problems on Friday that started on Monday.
A manager with 30 reps cannot watch 30 dots on a map. Dashboards show what happened, but they don't say which three people need a call right now, or why. By the time a weekly review spots a pattern, the beats are missed and the month is half gone.
And ten incomplete visits look the same in a report whether they were ten customer cancellations or one rep who stopped working at noon.

Lumina flags it
Weekly report
Within the day: a nudge can still recover visits, orders and coverage.
After the week: the only option is a conversation about what went wrong.
Why dashboards are not enough
"Rep X has a problem" is where most tools stop.
Good field management has always followed the same loop. Experienced managers do it in their heads. The issue is that the loop breaks at scale, because each step takes time a manager doesn't have.
With reports alone
Identify: scan several dashboards.
Understand: open each rep's visits, cancellations and location trail.
Decide: work out the right response from memory.
Act: switch to email or WhatsApp and type it out.
Four tools, about 20 minutes per rep. It rarely happens mid-day.
With the Manager Action Planner
Identify: ask one question.
Understand: Lumina shows the reason, with cancellation types and stagnation.
Recommend: it drafts the intervention per person.
Intervene: send the email or notification in one tap.
One conversation, under two minutes. It happens while it still matters.

Start with one region
Give one manager the planner. Compare the month.
Pilot with one region's managers on your existing Salesforce org. Lumina recommends, your managers decide what to send, and messages follow your configured channels. Expand to more regions once you see the difference in coverage and cancellations.

FAQ
Manager Action Planner questions.
What is the Manager Action Planner?
It is a Lumina AI capability in F1 Agent for managers. You ask about field agent performance, bottlenecks, users requiring attention or execution issues, and Lumina answers from your field data, recommends an intervention and lets you send an email or notification to the employee from the same interaction.
What data does it use?
It uses the data F1 Agent captures in Salesforce: attendance, live location status, stagnation, visits and cancellation reasons, visit tasks and orders, territory coverage, expenses and approvals.
Can Lumina send messages without the manager’s approval?
The manager reviews and sends the intervention. Lumina recommends and drafts it; the manager decides.
Which actions are supported?
Sending an email or a notification to the relevant employee are core actions. Other supported communications and actions depend on your configuration.
How is this different from Salesforce dashboards?
Dashboards show metrics. The Manager Action Planner answers a question in plain language, explains the reason behind the numbers and lets the manager act on it in the same place.
Does it work for field service managers?
Yes. Service managers can ask about technician productivity, open work orders and SLA risk, and notify the relevant technician or dispatcher.
Can it tell the difference between customer and rep cancellations?
Yes, because F1 Agent captures a reason for every cancellation or reschedule, such as missed, cancelled by customer or cancelled by salesperson.
Does it support regional languages?
Lumina supports multilingual interaction. Enabled languages are confirmed during configuration.
How do we roll it out?
Most organizations start with one region’s managers, review the interventions for a month, and expand in phases. It runs on your existing Salesforce org.
